• What is CellarVerse?
  CellarVerse is a Community created for wine connoisseurs and collectors to invest in fine wines and spirits. Our users can purchase carefully selected bottles of wines, spirits and champagnes growing both their virtual and real collection.
• What is an NFT, non fungible token
  An NFT is a unique piece of data stored on a digital ledger called Blockchain. Every bottle sold by CellarVerse has its own NFT proving the ownership of the bottle. This means that you can buy, collect and sell your wine without even moving it as in fact only the digital ownership of the bottle will be transferred.
• How do I purchase an NFT wine?
  Set up an account with CellarVerse, browse the marketplace and purchase one of our products. As soon as the order is confirmed, the NFT is transferred to your wallet.
• Once purchased, where can I find my NFT?
  As soon as the purchase is confirmed you will be able to see it on the NFT marketplace meanwhile the actual bottle attached to the NFT is stored in a secure facility until you request delivery.
• What if I lose my digital wallet or address?
  When signing up for our digital wallet, you’ll be asked to provide a password and / or seed phrase, make sure you store copies of these in safe place in case you forget.

• How do I claim my wine bottle?
  The bottles can be claimed within one year after the purchase to the delivery address initially provided with the purchase order. Buyers will be asked to submit their address upon purchasing the NFT, the redemption will have one year from the purchase date to claim their bottles. After one year the unclaimed bottles will be reversed to our marketplace and Put up for our collectors’ auction, the NFT will always remain property of the original purchaser meanwhile the proceeds of the real bottle’s sale will be refunded to the same.
• Where can I ship the real bottles?
  Our wines can be delivered everywhere in the world, transport fees will be calculated at the moment of order and can be paid together with the product’s price.
• What does shipping cost?
  Transport fees, duty and customs will be calculated when checking-out and depend on the destination.
• When will I be charged?
  All fees will be charged at the order confirmation.
• How long will it take to receive the delivery?
  This depends on the destination but we will give you an approximate time of delivery with the order confirmation.
• Once the order is shipped can I track my order?
  As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your shipment so that you can monitor the delivery.
• Can I cancel my order?
  Even if the Swiss law does not provide for any withdrawal period, we decided to confirm a 14 days right of cancellation. If the cancellation confirmed before the products have been shipped, the Purchaser will receive a full refund of the amount paid, if the Products are returned after receipt of the Products, the Purchaser will receive the refund of the purchase price after deduction of all fees due for delivery and transportation notwithstanding that only perfectly integer and sealed products in their original packaging can be returned.
• What do I do if the wine I receive is damaged?
  Please check the products accurately upon receipt, eventually also take pictures of the packaging if it seems wet, damaged or altered and accept the shipment only under reserve. We can then file a complaint with the carrier and refund the amount that was paid.
