Barolo DOCG – Magnum – The Vinum
The Vinum has also a passion for art in its DNA. He has decided to create for the CellarVerse Community some bottles, of its best vintages, painted individually by hand, making each one a unique work of art.
Barolo 2016 is an important Barolo with its garnet red color with notes of rose petal, raspberry, cinnamon, black pepper, and, with age, licorice, leather, and chocolate. Sophisticated and delicate flavors supported by an elegant acidity and ripe tannins. For the vinification, The Vinum select the best grapes. The fermentation at controlled temperature happens for 10-15 days. Aging: At least three years in big Slavonian oak barrels, following by not less than 6 months in the bottle. Moreover, the 2016 vintage is one of the best in Barolo.
