Barolo Riserva DOCG 2010 – Magnum- The Vinum
The Vinum has also a passion for art in its DNA. He has decided to create for the CellarVerse Community some bottles, of its best vintages, painted individually by hand, making each one a unique work of art.
Barolo Riserva 2010 is an important Barolo with its deep garnet red color, lively, bright, with light orange highlights. Very complex aromas, initially intriguing notes of rose and violet, opens to notes of tobacco, truffles and coffee to the end with an explosion of spices and a subtle vanilla aroma and terroir. In the mouth it is perfectly balanced, robust, with a long and elegant finish. For the vinification, The Vinum select the best grapes and the fermentation at controlled temperature happens for 10-15 days.
Aging: At least five years in big Slavonian oak barrels, following by not less than 2 years in the bottle.
